There is a one-time charge if you select the no lock-in contract plan, which is based on the subscribed speed.



For 24-month contract plans, no deposit is required for Malaysians. Non-Malaysians will require a deposit of RM500, which will be fully refunded upon service cancellation provided there is no outstanding balance in your account.



This deposit cannot be paid via the Auto Debit payment method.



After the third broadband subscription by a single individual, any additional subscribed lines will incur a RM300 upfront deposit per line.
