Early termination Penalty : total fees of the remaining contractual month
e.g : Termination submitted on month 12. RM 379 x 12 (remaining month) = RM 4,548
This applies to your 2Gbps subscription and any lower speed plan you’ve downgraded to.
e.g Downgraded to 100 Mbps . Termination submitted on month 12. RM99X12 = RM 1,188
After the end of 24 months contract
There is no penalty for cancelling your service once you are out of contract.
