Early Termination Fee (ETF) = Remaining contractual value or RM500, whichever is higher
This is subject to changes or other charges. The final amount will be subject to your respective contract.
Example to calculate Early Termination Fee (based on remaining contractual value):-
Termination submitted on month 12 for 1G plan = RM 199 x 12 (remaining month) = RM 2,388
