You can go HERE to start the processDetails should be filled up correctly to ensure no delay in attending to your request. Please fill up and submit the form within 24 hours.


Please note that for no lock-in contract plans, we require a notice period of a minimum of seven (7) or a maximum of 30 working days before your next bill cycle. 


For 24-month contract plans, a one (1) month termination notice is required.


Early termination fee will be charged in the final bill, for any cancellation within the contract period.
