Termination and advance charges will apply as below:-
If you terminate your service within your contract period:
- *Early Termination Penalty of RM500 or the sum of your remaining contractual period, whichever is higher.
- Current outstanding balance if any
- Advance of one (1) month, monthly recurring charges for cancellation with 30 days notice
- Advance of two (2) months, monthly recurring charges for cancellation with 31-50 days notice
If you terminate your service after your contract expires:
- Current outstanding balance if any
- Advance of one (1) month, monthly recurring charges for cancellation with 30 days notice
- Advance of two (2) months, monthly recurring charges for cancellation with 31-50 days notice
Customers with monthly installment payments for devices (e.g., FTTR, Mesh) will also need to add:
- Early settlement for the remaining months
- Advance of one (1) month, monthly device recurring charges for cancellation with 30 days notice
- Advance of two (2) months, monthly device recurring charges for cancellation with 31-50 days notice
*Example to calculate Early Termination Penalty (based on remaining contractual value):
Termination submitted on month 12 for 1G plan = RM 199 x 12 (remaining month) = RM 2,388
Those advance payment and deposits (if any) will be used to offset the outstanding as in final bill after service cancelled. The balance amount will be refunded to you within 90 days.
