Can I reinstate my terminated line?

Yes you may. via SELF CARE


  • If the account is cancelled within 90 days (24 months contract plan) or 
  • 30 days (No lock in contract period plan)


You must pay all outstanding balances, including the termination fee (Penalty).

The Termination fee (penalty ) paid will be recredited into you account and used to offset future bill


Please note there is a RM10 reactivation fee applicable.
