Check if the bill is ready from the self care portal. At times the bill can be delayed by a few days


Check if your email address is correct in the self care portal. 

You can also change your email address here .


Check your email spam folder , sometimes it gets moved here. While you are in the self care portal , you can also download up to 4 Months of bills.
