How do I register for Self Care?

If you're a new customer, you'll receive an email with your temporary password once you've signed up with us. Remember to change it after login.

For existing customers, you'll have to register at https://selfcare.time.com.my/auth/login .

Enter the following:

1) Account number

2) MyKad/Passport number (this is your default Username and it is not changeable).

Please click HERE to check your account number
Next, enter your preferred password. Read and accept our Terms and Conditions and click on Register. That's it, you're done!
