You sure can! You’ll still enjoy the discounts but the value will follow that of your initial plan.
For example, if you’re on the 500Mbps plan and upgrade to 1Gbps, your discount value will still be RM139, not RM199. Conversely, if you downgrade to 100Mbps, the excess value will be used to offset your future broadband subscription fees.
