Choose the new plan



We've made some changes to Self Care, including how downgrades work. Don't worry, you can still downgrade by contacting us via Live Chat or phone.


Key Points: 

  • Changes to broadband plan is to be done through selfcare.time.com.my.
  • The request will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Downgrading a plan will extend the contract for 24 months if the service is still within the initial contract period.
  • Upgrading a plan will not extend the contract.
  • The bill for the month that the plan is changed , will include prorated charges for both the old and new plans.


✳️ Free routers will only be given to customers who upgrade to 1Gbps and have contracts more than 20 months. 

✳️  For upgrade to other speed, no router will be provided
