Why am I still getting a bill after termination?
This is because ,the final bill will be generated on the next bill cycle after the service is cancelled.

When will I receive my refund? Would I be notified after my refund is processed?
The refund (if any) will be processed within 90 days after the final bill is generated. You may check your bank account for  details.

How would I receive the refund if I don’t own any Malaysian bank account?
We can make a payment to your overseas account provided the refund is above USD50 or RM250. Payment however will only be in USD.

Can you refund to a third party account?
We only refund to the account of the service owner. This is to prevent any confusion or future dispute.

What happens to my foreigner deposit?
Foreigner deposit (if any) will be used to offset the outstanding after service cancellation. The balance amount will be refunded to you within 90 days.

Must the termination request be submitted after 24 months or can it be submitted on the 23th month?
You can submit on the 23rd month and serve 30 days notice until the 24months ends

What happens to my devices if I terminate my service before my contract term or if my contract expires?
You may keep the devices you purchased regardless of early termination or contract expiration. There is no need to return the device
