How to transfer ownership of account?

HOME USER:

Log in to www.selfcare.time.com.my and do it from there. Please scroll down for the important notes and steps.

BUSINESS USER:

Please submit the following requirements to cs@time.com.my

• Transfer of Ownership FORM
• Copy of the new owner’s NRIC/passport (front and back)
• Photocopy of Form 8/9, Form 24 & 29 (For company incorporated under Companies Act 1965)
• For NGO/Association/Cooperative to provide a certificate and documents issued by the relevant authority
• Photocopy of Form D & A (Sole Proprietor)
• Photocopy of Form D & B (Partnership)
• Clear all the outstanding payment before submitting the request. Visit quickpay.time.com.my to check your outstanding and make payment.

Submission for Home User from Self Care

SUMMARY:

STEP 1:

LOG in to SELF CARE and select "MANAGE PLAN"

STEP 2:

SELECT "TRANSFER OWNERSHIP"

PRO TIP: You will not see this option if you have an ongoing request which has not been completed

STEP 3: 

Complete nominee's details (New Owner)

STEP 4: 

Enter your bank details

PRO TIP: This is to allow us to pay any access payment back

STEP 5: 

Proceed to make payment for any outstanding amount 

Request will be visible in SELF CARE under "recent activities" . You can track progress here 

You can also resubmit the request within 7 days from the expiry of the first link (In case the nominee didnt manage to complete it )
