Yes this can be done . Steps to do so are the same.
HOME USER:
Log in to www.selfcare.time.com.my and do it from there. Please scroll down for the important notes and steps.
SUMMARY:
STEP 1:
LOG in to SELF CARE and select "MANAGE PLAN"
STEP 2:
SELECT "TRANSFER OWNERSHIP"
PRO TIP: You will not see this option if you have an ongoing request which has not been completed
STEP 3:
Complete nominee's details (New Owner)
STEP 4:
Enter your bank details
PRO TIP: This is to allow us to pay any access payment back
STEP 5:
Proceed to make payment for any outstanding amount
Request will be visible in SELF CARE under "recent activities" . You can track progress here
You can also resubmit the request within 7 days from the expiry of the first link (In case the nominee didnt manage to complete it )
Resubmission allowed 1 time only
