How to relocate my services to a new place ?

HOME USERS:

Please follow the simple steps HERE

RM80 for relocation within the same unit and

RM120 for relocation to a different unit/location.

All request need to be done via SELF CARE portal

For 2Gbps customer please ensure that the new location has 2Gbps services

BUSINESS USERS:

Please submit the request HERE. Choose “Indoor/Outdoor Relocation” under the modification type.

RM90 for relocation within the same unit and

RM129 for relocation to a different unit/location.
