Here are the steps you need to take! Take note that relocation is only allowed for 24-month contract plan subscribers.


1) If you're moving to a different location (OUTDOOR RELOCATION), check whether your new area is covered by TIME via this link.


2) If you're relocating within the same house (INDOOR RELOCATION), great!


3) Complete and submit your application through the Self Care portal. (Settings > Manage Plan > Relocate Service)
