How do I reschedule the appointment for my internet issue?

Simply log in to your selfcare

Scroll down to "Recent Activities" and look for item Technician Home Visit

You can check the status, reschedule and withdraw appointment if needed from here



Note: Reschedule or withdraw the appointment is only allowed 2 hours before the appointment time.
