I don’t agree to pay the RM10 fee to restore my service. Can I get it waived?

We offer a 30-day grace period for payments. Please note that the RM10 fee is only applied if the service is suspended due to non-payment. To avoid this fee, we recommend making payments early. Alternatively, you can sign up for our auto-debit service for a hassle-free experience. Since this is a new policy, we are happy to offer a one-time waiver for this instance.
