How can I upgrade the firmware on my WiFi router?

  • Please log in to SELF CARE, if your firmware is outdated you will be prompted when you log in. 
  • If there is no prompt please proceed with diagnosis if the firmware is outdated do note that your will be prompted to upgrade 
  • Alternatively you can, download the latest firmware for your router model below. Once it has been downloaded, click on your router model below for step-by-step instructions on how to upgrade.
