I cannot find the termination option in self care

They will arrange for this option to be enabled. 



After which you can go HERE to start the processThe form should be filled up correctly to ensure no delay in attending to your request


Please note that for no lock-in contract plans, we require a notice period of a minimum of seven (7) or a maximum of 30 working days before your next bill cycle. For 24-month contract plans, a one (1) month termination notice is required.
