When will I get my final bill?

You will get the final bill on the next bill cycle after the service is cancelled. You will be able to check the final bill from Self Care


The final bill will be prorated/calculated till the termination date. 

Since the broadband subscription fee charged in advance, we will credit back the extra charges (if any), together with deposit (if any) in the final bill, as a refund


You will be seeing the charges in the final bill as below (in negative value, which means returned back to you).
