I was told I need to pay RM10 to restore my service. Can I know what this is about?

Starting from 12 February 2025, a RM10 fee will be applied to restore a suspended account due to non-payment. . We recommend making monthly payments on time to avoid this extra fee in the future. Alternatively please sign up auto debit to prevent your account going into default
