Is there a notice period for service cancellation?

For 24-month contract plans, a notice period of 30 to 50 days is required. This notice period remains applicable even after your contract has expired.


For No Lock-In Contract plans, we require a minimum of seven (7) to a maximum of 30 working days notice before your next bill cycle.
