The owner has past away , how do I cancel the service ?

For a home broadband service , please let us have 

• Email us your request to proceed with termination
• State your relationship to the deceased 
• A verified copy of death certificate / Police report (if applicable)
• Your verified copy of NRIC/Passport

Document can be verified by Notary Public /  Persuruhjaya Sumpah or other bodies that has the authority to verify such document

There will be no need to return the devices
