I didn’t receive any reminders to pay my bill, which is why my service was suspended. Can I request to waive this RM10 fee?

Please log in to self care to ensure our details are correct .  The best would be to set up auto debit , this can be done via the self care app




please ensure that all future payments are made before the due date to avoid any inconvenience. You can easily monitor your outstanding payments through the Self Care or Time Home App for your convenience.
